Italian software firm KARL Technology opens new commercial office in Bengaluru

Italian software company KARL Technology has recently opened its new commercial office in Bengaluru, marking the firm's strategic entry into the Asia-Pacific market. The launch event in the city brought together local system integrators, technology partners, and industry professionals to mark the establishment of India as the company's regional gateway.

Founded in Italy, KARL Technology specializes in a proprietary platform designed as a modern alternative to traditional hypervisors. The platform is built to support virtualisation, container orchestration, and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) to provide organizations with unified infrastructure management, scalability, and operational control.

Speaking at the launch event, Pier Nunzio Pennisi, Founder and General Manager of KARL Technology, emphasized the significance of the city in the company's international expansion plans. He noted that Bengaluru is a leading global technology hub with a vibrant ecosystem of enterprises, innovators, and partners.

"Establishing our presence here allows us to work closely with customers and partners while building a strong foundation for our growth across Asia-Pacific," Pennisi said during the launch.

The Bengaluru office launch also signals the start of the company's long-term partner ecosystem in the region. KARL Technology plans to collaborate closely with managed service providers, system integrators, and technology partners to assist enterprises in transitioning to modern infrastructure solutions and reducing dependence on legacy virtualization platforms.

Toshpal Banchhor, Channel Director for Asia-Pacific and Gulf Coast Countries, explained that the company's commercial strategy focuses on enabling partners to create value for customers. Banchhor stated that the goal is to build a strong partner network capable of delivering innovative solutions to help organizations modernize their IT environments.
