How our journalism is produced

Our newsroom is AI-assisted. Stories are drafted from published sources by automated systems and checked before they go out. We work to be accurate, but mistakes happen, and we do not guarantee that every article is free of errors.

Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or safety advice. Verify anything you plan to act on, especially timings, prices, and official announcements.

If we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Email [email protected] and we will publish a correction where it matters.

Using our content

Articles, headlines and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to us and quote short extracts with credit. You may not republish whole articles, or scrape the site in bulk, without our written permission.

The business board

The board at bangalorefeed.com/businesses is a paid leaderboard. These terms apply alongside the board rules.

Rank is what you pay. Your position is decided by your all-time total on that board and nothing else. It is not a review, a rating, an endorsement, or a judgement of quality, and we do not present it as one.
Prices. A listing costs at least ₹99. A top-up is at least ₹50. The most any single payment can be is ₹9,99,999. Taking a rank costs ₹1 more than whoever holds it, or the listing minimum, whichever is higher.
Ties. If two listings hold the same total, the one that paid earlier keeps the higher rank.
Anyone can outbid you. Ranks are not owned or reserved. Somebody paying more will move ahead of you, and we do not owe you notice or compensation when that happens.
Prices can move while you pay. We check the board again when you start checkout, and if the spot you were quoted has been taken we stop and show you the new price rather than charging you for a rank you cannot get. If a payment still lands after someone else has moved ahead, your money counts toward your total at whatever rank it earns.

Payments and refunds

Payments are taken by Stripe. Payments are not refundable. That includes when you are outbid, when you take your listing down, and when you change your mind. What you paid stays on your all-time total.

If a payment is taken and no rank is applied because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or refund that payment.

What you may list

A real business with a genuine presence in Bengaluru. By listing, you confirm you are entitled to represent that business and that what you submit is accurate.

You may not list anything unlawful, adult, misleading, or impersonating someone else, and you may not use link shorteners that hide the destination. We may remove a listing that breaks these terms, without a refund.

You keep ownership of your logo, photos and text, and you give us permission to display them on the site and in related promotion while your listing is live.

Your manage link

We email you a private link that opens your listing dashboard. Anyone holding that link can edit or remove the listing, so keep it to yourself. We are not responsible for changes made by someone you shared it with.

What we do not promise

We do not promise any level of traffic, clicks, enquiries, sales, search ranking, or appearance in any search engine or AI assistant. A listing gives you a page on this site. What that is worth to you depends on things outside our control.

We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it is available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features, including the board itself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
