Nagarabhavi Bar Staff Attacked With Beer Bottle Over Liquor Prices

A violent physical confrontation erupted at the Millennium Bar in the Nagarabhavi area of Bengaluru on Sunday evening after an argument over liquor prices escalated. Around 7 p.m., a group of male customers clashed with the bar staff, leaving several employees beaten and one staff member assaulted with a beer bottle.

The incident began when the group of men visited the establishment to purchase alcohol. Upon arriving at the counter, a verbal dispute broke out between the customers and the employees regarding the pricing of the liquor.

This argument quickly escalated from a verbal disagreement into a physical fight. The entire violent episode was captured on the bar's CCTV cameras.

According to the footage, some of the men could be seen entering the bar and asking for liquor at the counter. The recording then shows the verbal dispute over the liquor prices turning violent. In the video, people are seen beating each other, while some individuals attempt to intervene and stop the physical fight.

During the physical clash, the group of men allegedly thrashed several bar employees. One staff member was assaulted with a beer bottle.

Following the altercation, the police were informed of the violence. Officers have launched an investigation into the incident at the Nagarabhavi establishment.
